What is the limited trial?
The limited trial allows you to test the core performance claims the Cloudbrink service using specific web applications such as file share services and video conferencing services. Are there any prerequisites to using the Try-Now version?
Yes. Cloudbrink has made the service available in the USA at no charge for organizations to test the service to compare it to their current solutions. It is not allowed to be used by organizations that provide a competitive product either as a vendor, reseller, MSP or other 3rd party. Neither is it to be used for any other consultancy or third party for the purpose of gathering results for publication either privately or publicly. These types of organizations will need to contact Cloudbrink directly to see if they qualify for a managed PoC. You can use the demo form or the contact form.
There will also be a few short surveys that you will be asked to complete throughout the trial.
What if in the trial I run into a problem? Will there be support?
If you encounter a problem, you can contact support using the support form. https://cloudbrink.com/support-request/ for the organization name, please state "try-now" and make sure you use the same email address as you signed up with. Please understand that the Customer Service agents will always prioritize current customers so sometimes it take a while for a response.
Ownership and costs
All software remains the property of Cloudbrink Inc. and will not be charged for in the trial period.
Publication of results and trial
The end user or any other party involved must not disclose any product or performance data to any other party other than Cloudbrink Inc. Cloudbrink will have the rights to publish the anonymized results of the trial minus any sensitive detailed personal or business information. Cloudbrink will present any additional trial information intended for use to the end user for approval. If no response is received within 12 calendar days, it will be assumed that the information is approved for use.
