About the role

We are looking for a highly curious, AI-native junior marketer to help build and execute demand generation programs on a lean startup budget.

This is not a “coordinate a few campaigns” role. You will be hands-on across outbound prospecting support, email campaigns, webinars, landing pages, online assets, lead research, campaign reporting, and AI-assisted marketing workflows. You should already be using AI tools daily and be excited to test, automate, personalize, analyze, and improve everything.

The right person is early in their career, but unusually resourceful. You may be a recent graduate, a former intern, a junior demand-gen marketer, a marketing operations associate, an SDR with strong marketing instincts, or a self-taught AI power user who wants to grow in B2B cybersecurity marketing. You will be self-sufficient and keen to grow your position quickly through results.

What you will do

  • Own day-to-day execution of demand generation campaigns across email, webinars, LinkedIn, landing pages, partner campaigns, and lead-nurture programs.
  • Use AI tools heavily to research accounts, enrich personas, draft campaign copy, summarize buyer signals, personalize outreach, create webinar assets, repurpose content, and improve campaign performance.
  • Work with tools such as Warmly.ai, OnFire, SmartLead.ai, HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and other emerging AI GTM tools.
  • Build autonomous agents, workflows, and data models that actually produce revenue outcomes (e.g., territory mapping, outreach agents, account intelligence), not just wire up tools.
  • Build and maintain target account and contact lists for North American B2B campaigns focused on IT, networking, security, infrastructure, and hybrid work buyers.
  • Support webinar programs from topic planning through promotion, registration follow-up, attendee nurture, and reporting.
  • Create and update online campaign assets including landing pages, emails, forms, nurture sequences, light sales enablement assets, and event follow-up materials.
  • Work closely with the CMO to test low-cost, high-creativity campaigns that generate leads, meetings, and pipeline.
  • Track campaign metrics including opens, clicks, registrations, conversion rates, meetings sourced, cost per lead, and pipeline influence.
  • Research market trends, competitors, customer use cases, buyer pains, and cybersecurity/networking topics to improve campaign relevance.
  • Help turn Cloudbrink content into usable demand-gen assets, including snippets, email sequences, LinkedIn posts, webinar promotions, comparison copy, and nurture content.
  • Bring new ideas every week for how AI can help Cloudbrink do more with less.

What we are looking for

  • 1–2 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, marketing operations, growth marketing, content marketing, or B2B tech marketing.
  • Strong AI literacy. You should be able to show examples of how you use AI tools to research, write, automate, analyze, personalize, or scale your work.
  • Interest in B2B cybersecurity, networking, cloud infrastructure, SASE, ZTNA, VPN replacement, SD-WAN, hybrid work, or enterprise IT.
  • Excellent writing skills in English, especially for email, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, short-form content, and campaign copy.
  • Comfort working with a slim budget, being in a small team, and fast-moving startup environment.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts and translate them into clear business benefits for IT and security buyers.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when building lists, launching campaigns, managing webinar logistics, and reporting results.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, CRM data, marketing automation, web research, and campaign dashboards.
  • Self-starter mindset. You should not need a large team, agency, or big budget to make progress.
  • North America-friendly working hours, since the primary market and team is in North America.

Bonus points

  • Experience with Warmly.ai, OnFire, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and webinar platforms.
  • Internship or project experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, networking, cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, or enterprise software.
  • Experience building cold email sequences, nurture flows, webinar campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, or account-based marketing plays.
  • Basic design skills using Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Experience using AI to build workflows, scrape/research public information, summarize buying signals, generate campaign variations, or personalize outbound.

What success looks like

  • In the first 10 days, you understand Cloudbrink’s core messaging, target personas, current campaigns, content library, and GTM tools.
  • In the first 30 days, you are independently launching email/webinar/nurture campaigns, building lead lists, improving AI-assisted workflows, and reporting results.
  • In the first 90 days, you are generating measurable engagement from target accounts, improving conversion rates, and contributing new campaign ideas that help create pipeline on a lean budget
