Dutch last-mile infrastructure is close to fully upgraded: KPN and Delta Fiber are completing nationwide FTTH, and VodafoneZiggo’s DOCSIS 3.1 cable covers most of the remainder. The practical constraint for remote workers is no longer download capacity but upload asymmetry on cable and the overhead of tunnelling.
